Meet our Office Staff

Chelsie Milam

Chelsie is our office manager and has been with Professional Therapy Services since 2014. She enjoys being active and spending time with her family.

Laurie Casey

Laurie worked with Dr. Chris Arco for 23 years before joining us at Professional Therapy Services in 2023. She enjoys spending time with her family including her new grandson.


Kristen Betterman

Kristen graduated from Cabrini University with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2020. She is currently receiving her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, graduating in Spring of 2026.

Mission Statement: to provide quality speech and language, occupational, physical, music therapy, and related educational programs to individuals of all ages and many disabilities to improve their quality of life. The therapies will help develop functional social skills, and will improve self esteem through participation in purposeful activity, which leads to optimal independence.
